  • RIP Fatman

As I'm sure many of you are aware our friend FATMAN has sadly passed away. I know that many people have great memories and stories about John and I know that this site was something he was very proud to be a part of so I thought it would be a nice idea if we brought back the forum so we can login and pay tribute to him.

It may be some time since people have logged in so if you run into problems please email me your username to patricktierney1@gmail,com and I will get you sorted.

    /Paddy

Had many dealings with John over the years, buying and selling bits and pieces, remember he called up to the house one time years ago to drop off something, pulls up outside in a white Liteace, literally just lands it in the middle of the road, wife beater vest on,hair all over the shop, the mother thought travellers were trying to sell us a fireplace hahaha! He was some operator! RIP John <3

Very sorry to hear this. Certainly he was a character. Drove a car full of lads from college in galway to cork one night to pick up a kp60 halfshaft off Fatman. A great adventure. RIP

I was genuinely shocked and saddened when I seeen the news, I dealt with John many times over the course of building my Kp, he was a pure gent who would help out no end with information, and sent me many overnight parcels at the drop of a hat, i loved visiting his little Aladdin’s cave of a garage, so many things just piled in and he knew where everything was,

                        RIP my friend
